I have pain in my left shoulder on top of my trap which tingles, burns, and just hurts constantly. I've done everything but surgery to relieve the pain, injections, muscle relaxers, prescription antiinflammatories, pain pills, eating Motrin like candy and nothing really helps except this thing. When I use it correctly, my pain is literally gone for days to weeks and I can do normal activities without the fire pain in my trap which is amazing. Some notes on using it: - Sit up straight in a low back chair where your upper back and neck aren't touching the chair. - If I have the lower part of the device too close to my neck my trap/sholder will tingle, just release the lower strap some to let the bottom widened out which stops the tingle. Basically if there's any tinge I readjust it till it doesn't happen anymore. - I like to have the front part as far under my chin as possible to lift the front of my head. - I use it for 5 to 7 min when I start having pain. It might work better if I used it daily but I am lazy. - I air it up as tight as I can stand it.
